Refund & Cancellation Policy
At TIO TIO, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and bookings. Please review our policies below regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- To start a return, contact us at felix@tiotio.club. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
- Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
2. Cancellation Policy for Court Bookings
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a court booking, please be aware of the following terms:
Cancellation Window:
- Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.
Refund Process:
- If a cancellation is made within this time frame, the booking fee will be refunded to the original payment method.
Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking will not be eligible for a refund.
By booking a court, you agree to these terms and understand that adherence to the cancellation window is required for a refund.
