TIO TIO Rain Policy

At TIO TIO, your safety and experience always come first. While our padel courts are built to withstand rain and dry quickly, certain weather conditions may still make them temporarily unplayable. This Rain Policy explains how we handle bookings during such situations.

1. Court Playability
Only TIO TIO staff can decide whether a court is playable in case of rain. Conditions may improve quickly, so a court that is unplayable at one moment might be usable shortly after.

·       If the court is playable at the time of your booking, the match will go ahead as planned, and no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

·       If a court is deemed unplayable due to weather, we will notify you at least one hour before your booking via Playtomic Chat.

·       In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that fees charged by Playtomic (e.g. for Open Match bookings) are not covered by TIO TIO.

3. Matches Interrupted by Rain

·       If your match is interrupted by rain after it has started and the court becomes unplayable, we will issue a partial refund to your Playtomic Wallet.

·       This refund is calculated based on the remaining playing time, and is possible only if at least 15 minutes of the original booking remain at the time the court is declared unplayable.

4. Player Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

·       If you're unsure about the weather, feel free to contact us via Playtomic Chat, Instagram, or email at hello@tiotio.club.

·       If you choose to play on a wet court despite our advice, you do so at your own risk. TIO TIO is not liable for any injuries or damages caused in these circumstances.

5. Agreement to Terms
By booking a court at TIO TIO, you agree to follow this Rain Policy and accept its terms.
